We’re REALLY good at maximizing the capabilities of small spaces – and this project is a prime example of that. The only part of this space that was kept was the original layout – everything else was completely updated. New cabinetry was added, pairing warm Harding Oak cabinetry with crisp Stratus Quartz. A brand new custom vanity was built, featuring full-extension drawers that add plenty of organized storage to what would otherwise be a tight space.
In the shower, large-format MSI Vena Carbona quartz wraps the walls for a clean, continuous look, while the herringbone pan tile adds just enough texture underfoot. Two built-in niches keep shampoo and soap neatly staged, and matte black details, including a Kohler rain shower, Delta Trinsic controls, and Moen accessories, give the space a tailored finish.
