Jeff Laurence | Owner & President
Jeff Laurence founded JL Remodeling in February of 2001. He was born in Edmonds, and currently lives in the Mill Creek area with his wife, Kelli, and 4 children. One of Jeff’s favorite things about JL Remodeling is the great group of people he works with, and their continual passion to put the customer first. In his free time, you can find Jeff with his family and friends, out on the soccer field (one of his passions for the last 39 years), or volunteering for missions with his church and around the world. His goal is to go on one overseas missions trip every year.
Paul Willis | Chief Operating Officer
Paul joined the JL team as Chief Operating Officer in 2021. He’s passionate about helping bring the JL Cares nonprofit vision to life, and he’s honored to use his experience as a life and anxiety coach to serve JL team members, clients, and partners. Paul splits his time between Lynnwood and Phoenix, where he lives with his wife, four children, and two dogs. Fun fact: Paul has met three different US presidents.
Chris Parker | Vice President of Sales
Chris joined the JL Team this past January 2022. He was born and raised in the Northwest. He lives in Everett with his wife, Anna, and their adorable daughters, Kenzie and Ryliann, and his Giant Schnoodle, Baloo. He brings 17 years of experience from the medical industry and has a passion for helping people. He is seriously one cool dude you have got to get to know. He loves spending time with his girls, watching football, and traveling.
Anna Parker | Director of Finance & Human Resources
Anna joined the JL Remodeling team in November of 2017. Originally born in Texas, Anna and her husband, Chris, now love calling the Northwest home. She has an adorable daughter named Kenzie, and has two dogs. After helping make client jobs go smoothly all day, she enjoys scrapbooking, stamping, and watching the Seahawks. Along with enjoying vacations with her family, she has traveled to Sweden, the Netherlands, and Denmark.
Ryan Sims | Vice President of Production
Ryan was been with JL Remodeling since 2005. He was born in Edmonds, WA and currently lives in the Everett area with his family. He is married to his wife, Ashley, and they have two biological children. Ryan and his wife have a heart for helping others and foster care, so you never know how many kids you might find at their house. His strengths that stand out on the JL Remodeling team are his patient manner and his specialty with laying tile. In his free time, he enjoys playing and coaching soccer and going fishing.
Jeana Flynn | Sales Associate
Jeana was the first office personnel to work at JL Remodeling (besides Jeff). She was born and raised in the Northwest. Her and her husband, Patrick, live in the Everett area with thier two girls, Logan and Taylor. When she’s not busy managing the JL Remodeling office, she teaches dance to a variety of ages. Besides dance, Jeana loves marketing, sales, working with kids, her family and missions. Jeana fell in love with missions on her first trip to Honduras in 2014 and continues to impact her community through local service projects, while returning to Honduras yearly to help build homes.
